Intelligent Aged-care at Home Project of Wuhan Bureau of Civil Affairs

“Intelligent Aged-care at Home” project is a brand new aged-care mode which is raised by Wuhan Bureau of Civil Affairs and Qiao Ya Group jointly. ETComm health terminal is applied in this project to carry out various non-invasive measurements for the elderly (such as weight, blood pressure, pulse, heart rate, blood glucose, oxygen and ECG, etc.), and then it will self-synchronize the data to customer service center though barrier-free gateway and will establish a personal electronic medical records database. Professional medical teams are designated to offer individualized services like health care, diet, guidance for exercise and psychological counseling for each person termly, besides, the system and callers for help will provide 24-hour real-time monitoring service and will also coordinate the treatment. At present, nearly a thousand sets of machine have been installed in the bureau of retired veteran cadres and Qiao Ya apartment for the aged. It has been well received by various areas of the society.
